"Wish we’d bought it sooner"
My son rides his woom pretty much every day, and it still feels really solid. The paint has picked up a few scratches, but nothing is loose or rattling. it’s been a great bike for us, my only regret is not getting one earlier.

"I had a good experience..."
I had a good experience with their support. They got back to me quickly and, honestly... the warranty process was way easier than I expected. Not much hassle at all.

"We picked up a woom bike for..."
We picked up a woom bike for my 5-year-old, and the first thing I noticed was how light it is. He can actually lift it on his own, which sorta surprised me, and he doesn’t get annoyed when he’s turning it around or stopping.
The fit has been really good too. It’s not oversized like a few other kids’ bikes we looked at, and he seems comfortable riding it. He’s been staying out on it longer without complaining, so we’re really happy with it.

"Delivery was okay, but the return took a bit"
The bike showed up maybe a couple days later than I expected, which wasn’t a huge deal but still kind of annoying. When I needed to return it, getting the return label took around a week or so. Overall, not terrible, just slower than I hoped.

"Setup was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The bike actually showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise, but putting it together was a hassle. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to redo a couple parts twice. For the price, I expected the setup to be smoother. When I reached out, it felt like I just got the usual “that’s our policy” type of response instead of any real help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
